Delivery

Standard Delivery (1st Class post): 2-3 working days from order date on standard lines, with a couple of days longer for other sizes. Standard UK delivery costs £1.99 and European delivery costs £2.99.

Packaging

All lingerie orders are carefully and securely packaged. My name will not appear on external packaging, so if you need it delivered incognito to your home or a work address then your secret will be safe!

Gift Wrapping

With the standard free option your lingerie set is wrapped in red tissue... but then it is over to you to finish off using all your gift wrapping skills!

But why take a chance? Look the part (and save time) with the "Luxury Gift" option - your gift is wrapped in red ivory tissue paper and then enclosed in a quality ivory ribboned box. Not only will you take the credit in making the right choice in lingerie, but you will have added that final touch of class and sophistication.

Returns & Exchanges

I would expect your partner to be absolutely delighted with your gift. If she (or you!) are not happy with an item, I'll offer a refund or exchange, provided that it's returned to me in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
